DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

The parties agree to the following upon submitting a deposit by the customer and receiving a receipt from Purple Renovations and Remodeling ("Company").

 

PROJECT ESTIMATE

The initial estimate provided in the first meeting is a cost projection of the project desired.

Purple Renovations will provide a fixed price scope of work upon completion of the estimation phase.

DEPOSIT: $1,000

​

1. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your project.

2. In any case, the homeowners/customer elect not to move forward to the construction phase; they are not entitled to receive the deposit back.

 *Purple Renovations cannot reserve a time slot in its construction schedule until the submission of the down payment.
